What happens in my first session?

Your first session begins with a comprehensive assessment. I'll discuss your medical history, current symptoms, functional goals, and concerns. I'll then perform a physical evaluation and begin developing your personalized treatment plan.

How long does recovery take?

Recovery timelines vary depending on your condition, severity, and how one's body responds to treatment. Some patients see improvements within a few sessions, while others may require ongoing rehabilitation. I'll provide realistic expectations during your assessment and track your progress throughout.

Is treatment painful?

Physiotherapist is required to work within pain limits. While some exercises may feel challenging, I focus on one's tolerance and comfort level. Communication is key — I'll adjust techniques based on your feedback to ensure a positive experience.

Do you treat neurological conditions only?

While neurological rehabilitation and geriatric care is my area of interest, I have years of experience in treating conditions such as chronic low back pain, sciatica, post-surgical rehabilitation, and general mobility issues over different clinical settings. My masters in neuroscience enhances the approach to all conditions I treat.

Is upfront payment required for online booking?

Yes, a 30% upfront payment is required when booking online to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of your session. This helps manage the schedule effectively and ensures your spot is reserved. However you can cancel your appointment 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.

How long are the sessions?

I offer In clinic- Assessment 60 min ($140), follow up 60-minute ($130), 45-minute ($115) 30-minute ($100). In- Home Assessment ($150), follow up 60min ($140), follow up 45 min ($125). Only consultation (no treatment)- 30 min ($50). The appropriate session length depends on your condition and treatment needs. I'll recommend the best option during your initial assessment, however patients can choose as they prefer considering it may limit scope of treatment.

Do you offer direct billing to insurance?

Currently I do not offer direct billing, but I will provide detailed receipts printed or in email for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Do you offer promotional pricing, free trials, or bundled packages?

I do not currently advertise free consultations, discounted packages, or bundled offers. Each session is booked and paid for individually at the rates listed above. If a promotional or bundled offer is introduced in the future, the full conditions, eligibility, expiry, and refund terms for any unused services will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking, and any bundled service will also remain available to purchase individually. This approach follows the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario Advertising and Marketing Standard.
