Booking your appointment
You can book online through the website, by phone at (613) 700-3750, or by email at info@acephysiorehab.ca. New patients are asked to share a brief description of their condition so I can prepare for the first session.
Arrival time
Please plan to arrive about 5–10 minutes before your appointment, especially for a first visit. This gives us time to complete any paperwork without taking away from your treatment time.
Late arrivals
If you are running late, please call or message ahead. I will do my best to see you for the remaining time, but to be fair to other patients the appointment may need to end at its scheduled time, and the full session fee may still apply.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Life happens, and plans can occasionally change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 18 hours’ notice so the appointment time can be offered to another patient in need of care.
Appointments cancelled within 18 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 25% cancellation fee. The fee is calculated based on the total cost of the booked appointment.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely care to all patients.
Respectful scheduling
Sessions are reserved exclusively for you. I keep the schedule unhurried so that we have time to talk, assess, treat, and review your home program properly.
Payment and insurance
Payment is collected at the time of service. A 50% deposit is required at the time of online booking to confirm your appointment. A receipt will be provided after each visit that you can submit to most extended health insurance plans for reimbursement. Please check with your insurer regarding your specific physiotherapy coverage.
